The purpose of this advertising is to solicit nonbinding reservation agreements to purchase the new “Terra del Sole” Condominium Units. A nonbinding reservation agreement is not a contract and may be cancelled by you, as a prospective purchaser, at any time, without cause. All deposit monies paid to the developer will be held in escrow and shall be refunded to you upon request and cancellation of a nonbinding reservation agreement. After the Public Offering Statement has been approved, binding contracts to purchase will be accepted. |
